Speeding bus fatally knocks down elderly woman at Akashbhavan

Mangaluru, Feb 17, 2023: An elderly woman who was crossing the road  was crushed to death by a speeding bus near the Anandnagar Circle at Akashbhavan on February 16, Thursday morning.

 

The deceased is Geetha (74), a resident of Akashbhavan. It has been alleged that rash and negligent driving by the bus driver resulted in the mishap which killed the woman on the spot.

Traffic police have registered a case.
