Speaker UT Khadar meets Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar in Delhi

New Delhi, June 9, 2023: Following his election as the Speaker of the State Legislative Assembly, UT Khadar, in his first visit to Delhi, met with Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankar and engaged in a friendly discussion.

During the meeting, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar extended his congratulations to UT Khadar for assuming the esteemed position of Speaker of the Karnataka State Legislative Assembly at such a young age.

He acknowledged the significance of this opportunity to serve as Speaker and expressed his belief that it would enhance the dignity of the Parliament, the legislators, and the people of the state.

Vice President Dhankar also expressed his deep respect for the culture and ethics of the people of Karnataka and assured UT Khadar that he would seek his guidance regarding the proper conduct of the Legislative Assembly when necessary.
