Spandana Trust celebrates annual day and Christmas

Mangalore, Dec 19, 2011: Spandana Trust of Infant Mary’s Convent in Jeppu celebrated their annual day and Christmas on Dec 18 Monday. 

Sr. Mary Emma Joseph, the superior of Infant Mary’s Convent, was the chief guest of the event. Mr. George D’Souza, the superintendent of the excise department of DK, was the guest of honor. Rev. Fr. Eric Crasta, the principal of St. Joseph College Jeppu; Mrs. Usha Naik, the president of Munnade Federation; and others were welcomed with the band. The event had attracted a crowd of 3000 people. 

 

 

 

 

Rev. Fr. Eric Crasta delivered the Christmas message. Mr. George Pinto expressed his appreciation of Spandana Trust. Sr. Mary Emma Joseph spoke about the significance of Christmas and of the work done by Spandana Trust. 

Trust Administrator Sr. Evangeline delivered the welcome address. Mrs. Theertha K. S., the social worker, read out the activity report. Mr. Victor Vas, the coordinator of the trust, proposed the vote of thanks. Mrs. Shantha and Celine were the MCs.
