Social activist Hilda Rayappan conferred Karavali Honorary Award

Mangaluru, Dec 31, 2018: The Karavali Honorary Award was conferred on eminent social activist and Director of Prajna Counselling Centre Hilda Rayappan during the  valedictory of the Beach Festival held at Panambur Beach on December 30, Sunday. DK District in-charge Minister U T Khader presented the Award.

 

Speaking after receiving the Award, Hilda Rayappan stressed the need for peace and harmony in the society. She also cited how some unwelcome incidents have brought disrepute to the district.

Deputy Commissioner Sasikanth Senthil, Additional DC Kumar, MUDA Commissioner Srikanth Rao and  Panambur Beach Development  CEO Yatish Baikampady were present among others.

The valedictory of the Beach Fest saw a scintillating musical event by Manikanth Kadri and team.
