Shirva Don Bosco School Principal ends life

Udupi, Oct 12, 2019: Fr Mahesh  D’Souza, Principal of  Don Bosco School of Shirva has reportedly committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling fan in the school cabin  on Friday night. He was 36 years of age. Though the exact reason behind him choosing the extreme step is not known, it is said that he was suffering from depression.

 

Fr Mahesh who was ordained in 2013 had served as  Assistant Parish Priest in Milagres Church Kalianpur before being transferred to Shirva in 2016.

He hailed from Moodubelle. Shirva Police have registered a case.
