Sexual harassment case : Anticipatory bail plea of accused advocate rejected

Mangaluru, Oct 30, 2021: The Sixth Additional District and Sessions Court has on Friday rejected the  anticipatory bail application of advocate K S N Rajesh who has been accused of sexually harassing a law student who was interning under him.

 

Meanwhile Ananth Bhat who was arrested on the charges of helping Rajesh escape and also  assisting in securing bail to Dhruva, Mahalakshmi Hegde and Shivananda in this case, was  granted bail on Thursday.

The victim in her complaint had alleged that Rajesh had summoned her to his chamber on September 25 and had behaved indecently with her. The victim had  joined his office at Karangalpady for internship on August 8.
