Seminar on ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution’ in city on March 29

Mangalore, Mar 27, 2014 : A seminar on ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)-Arbitration, Conciliation and Mediation’ will be held at the Court Complex in the city on March 29 at 6.30 pm. The seminar has been organised by the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR), working under the aegis of the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India  and Mangalore Bar Association.

 

 

 

 

This was informed  to reporters  at the District Court Office on March 27, Thursday, BV Prakash, Principal District and Sessions Judge and  Member of ICADR.

Justice N Kumar, Judge of High Court of Karnataka and Executive Chairman of ICADR, Regional Centre, Bengaluru will deliver the  key note address on ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism’

Ashok Ariga, President, Mangalore District Bar association will be the guest of honour, while BV Prakash will preside  over the function.
