Mangaluru, Aug 23, 2022: Science Based Evidence Based Ayurveda ( SBEBA) Mangaluru team organized a two days CME & workshop named ’Maha Bhaishajya’ on the topic ’Pathya in Different Basic Pathologies’ on 20th & 21st August 2022 at Karuna residency Mangaluru. The talks were delivered by the pioneers of SBEBA who are the renowned faculties of Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College Mahe, Dr Raj Kumar K. C, HOD & Associate Professor, Department of Diagnosis and prognosis and Dr Remya Krishnan, HOD & Associate Professor, Department of Applied pharmacology.

 

The book launch event was held along with valedictory programme of the CME on 21st of August 2022. Book entitled ’Scientific Pathya in Ayurveda - Contemporised authored by Dr Harikrishna Bhat & Dr Soumyashree. K M was formally launched by the chief guest of the Programme Dr Mohammed Iqbal, District AYUSH Officer, Dakshina Kannada. The dignitaries on the dais inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp. Dr Jyoti Bharadwaj welcomed the gathering. Dr Harikrishna Bhat briefed about the book and explained the crucial necessity of writing the book. Dr Soumyashree K. M delivered the vote of thanks and Dr Jnanesh Marathe, managed the task of Master of Ceremony.

CME witnessed participants from 8 different states of India. On behalf of AYUSH department, Dakshina Kannada, Dr Mohammed Iqbal appreciated the efforts of authors for bringing out such a publication; It is a need of the hour, he added.
