Sankalpa 2013- Lions District Cabinet installation ceremony held

Mangalore, Aug 11, 2013: “Sankalpa 2013” the installation ceremony of the Lions District Cabinet of Lions Club International District 317D was held at TMA Pai International Convention Centre on August 10, Saturday. Shantheri Prabhu, Lions First Lady inaugurated the ceremony. The District Projects of Lions were unveiled on the occasion.

Justice Santosh Hegde, former Supreme Court Judge and former Lokayukta, who was present as a chief guest, said the Lions Clubs have been rendering yeoman service to the humanity. He also urged the Lions Clubs to incorporate more and more youth into their team as it is the  youth who can bring the much needed changes in the society.

Installation Committee Chairman A C Shetty District Governor K C Prabhu, District Lioness President Asha Chandramohan, District Leo President Bharadwaj and others were present.
