SCDCC Bank earns record Rs 33.65 cr profit during 2020-21

Mangaluru, April 03, 2021:       South Canara District Central Co-operative Bank has registered a record Rs 33.65 crore profit during the financial year 2020-21 as against Rs 30.82 crore during the previous financial year, informed  the Bank Chairman M N Rajendra Kumar.

Speaking to reporters here on April 3, Saturday he said the Bank could  gain a record profit  even during the year of Covid pandemic. He said  the Bank  registered a total business of Rs 10,100.30 crore during the financial year   with a growth of 19.30% and intends to reach the Rs 11,000 crore mark  in this respect in the present financial year.

He informed that SCDCC Bank has a total of 105 branches and deposits to the tune of Rs 4948.34 crores.

Rajendra Kumar said the Bank has received several awards including  17 NABARD Awards, 19 Apex Bank  awards and FCBA National Award apart from Banko Blue Ribbon Award.
