Rx Life organizes fourth year mega cycle rally in Mangalore

Mangalore, Dec  5: Rx Life, a lifestyle centre for the youth, organized a mega cycle rally in Mangalore on December  5, Sunday.

In organizing this cycle rally, the organizers had in mind oil conservation and inculcation of traffic values among the youth. Another purpose was to politely remind the district administration to cater to the requirements of cyclists and to protect their interests. The cycle rally was also part of Rx Life’s fourth anniversary celebrations. 

The cyclists, displaying their motto “Bale Cycle Budka” (Come Let’s Ride Cycles), inaugurated their rally in Lady Hill, Mangalore.  Police commissioner Seemanth Kumar Singh flagged off the rally at Lady Hill at 6.30 am as part of the Rx Life’s fourth anniversary.










The rally commenced at Lady Hill, passed Kottara Chowki, went over the Kulur Bridge, and finally reached Bengre. In all, the rally covered a total distance of 18 kilometers.

The rally’s over 1000 participants belonged to the age group of 7 – 70. All the participants received a number of gifts and gift vouchers.
