Rs 4,500-crore fraud case: ED produces accused Shivaanand Neelannavar before Mangaluru court

Mangaluru, Aug 24, 2026: Shivaanand Neelannavar, an accused in an alleged ₹4,500-crore-plus fraud case linked to Shivam Associates in Belagavi, was produced before a court in Mangaluru on Monday.

Neelannavar, who is currently in the custody of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), is accused of involvement in a multi-crore financial fraud carried out through Shivam Associates in and around Belagavi.

ED officials produced him before the Mangaluru court on Monday and subsequently took him away, according to sources.
