Romeo Home Guard Suspended After Selfies with Girls goes Viral

Udupi, March 16, 2018: Udupi Home Guard Sujith Shetty who had become famous after posting selfies with several girls on social media has been suspended from service by home guards Udupi district Commandant Dr K Prakash Shetty. The would be casanova had clicked selfies of himself with as many as 11 girls individually and posted them on social media, which subsequently went viral.

Taking cognizance of the negative image it was generating for his organization, Commandant Dr K Prakash Shetty immediately suspended him from service. “We are conducting enquiry and collecting details of the selfies in the social media. He will remain suspended till then. One we have a clear picture we shall decide on further action on the matter," he has said. “If he is found to be guilty of flouting any of our department’s rules, he will be punished.”

Sujith Shetty is a native of Manjarapalke near Belman in Karkala Taluk. After joining home guards at its Padubidri unit last year, he had been working at Shirva Police Station on daily wage basis. It is to be seen if this happy go lucky dude will continue to hit it big with girls in the future.
