Rider dies in bus-bike collision in Farangipete

Mangaluru, Dec 24, 2023: On Sunday, December 24, tragedy unfolded near Farangipete when a fatal collision between a motorcycle and a bus resulted in the untimely death of the rider. Miraculously, the rider’s wife and child emerged unharmed from the incident.

The victim, identified as Hamza Ramlan from Kukkaje, succumbed to severe injuries sustained after being ejected onto the roadway.

The unfortunate incident transpired as the bus, en route to Mangalore, collided with the motorcycle from behind. Hamza Ramlan’s wife, Raihana, and their child, who were passengers on the motorcycle, fortunately suffered only minor injuries and have been hospitalized for treatment.
