Rickshaw dashes into parked MCC truck

Mangalore, Apr 8, 2012: An auto rickshaw driver sustained serious injuries when his vehicle dashed into a Mangalore City Corporation (MCC) garbage truck at Nagori Junction on April 7 Saturday at 11:30 p.m. 

 

The MCC garbage truck was parked on the road without lights, number plate, and parking indicator. The street light was also not on. The rickshaw driver did not notice the parked truck in the darkness and dashed into it. 

The rickshaw driver, whose identity is not yet known, is now recovering in hospital.
