Re-polling underway at Uppinakudru polling station

Kundapur , Apr 29, 2014: Re-polling for the Lok Sabha elections in  174 Uppinakudru polling station coming under Byndoor Assembly segment of Shimoga Parliamentary constituency is being held on April 29, Tuesday.  Re-polling was ordered after the EVM  at the polling station had developed a technical snag during the April 17 LS elections.

 

 

 

 

As per information available, 30 per cent of voters had exercised their franchise by 11 am. The booth had registered 74.38 per cent polling  in the April 17 elections. Reports say voters are enthusiastically casting their votes.
