The ministry, in collaboration with My Bharat and MyGov, had organised a series of nationwide awareness initiatives on the provisions and objectives of the VBGRAM-G Act, 2025, including the ’60 Seconds for My Village’ Reel/Video Challenge, the Viksit Bharat–VBGRAM-G Quiz 2026, and a digital logo design competition. Ramprasad’s entry was selected as the winning logo from among thousands of submissions. He was invited to New Delhi at the government’s expense to receive the honour.

A total of 7,233 participants from across the country took part in the competition. A graduate in Visual Arts, Ramprasad learned about the contest only a few days before the submission deadline. Although the original deadline had already passed by the time he started working on his design, the ministry extended it by four days, giving him an opportunity to refine and resubmit his logo.

His final design, which effectively represents the themes of employment, empowerment, and holistic rural development, impressed the judges and secured him the top prize in the prestigious national competition.
