Prostitution racket busted at Kotekar Beeri; 4 arrested

Mangaluru, Dec 07, 2022: Ullal police have busted a prostitution racket that was operating from a rented house near the primary health centre at Kotekar Beeri and have arrested four persons including a couple.

 

The place was raided by the police following which the accused namely Mohammad Iqbal, his wife Aliamma, Irshad Adyanadka and Sharfuddin were arrested. All the arrested have been produced before the court.

The prime accused Iqbal was earlier running a similar racket at Kapikad and Pilar  and Sharfuddin used to ensure supply of young girls.  Some of the girls who were in the house during the raid have been rescued.
