Prof. U. S. Krishna Nayak to chair 8th Asia Pacific Orthodontic Congress

Mangalore, Nov 9, 2012 : Prof. U. S. Krishna Nayak, senior orthodontist from Mangalore, has been appointed to chair the 8th Asia Pacific Orthodontic Congress, which is scheduled to be held in New Delhi from Nov 29, 2012 to Dec 2, 2012.

Prof. Nayak is the dean (academics) at AB Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences and a consultant orthodontist. He is also the one-time president of Indian Orthodontic Society.

As many as 2500 orthodontists from India and Asia Pacific, including Singapore, Australia, Japan, and China are expected to attend the conference.

The 5-day Congress will feature 108 keynote addresses, a few paper presentations, and several symposiums and workshops.
