Praveen Nettaru murder case: NIA announces cash reward on 3 more suspects

Mangaluru, October 28, 2023: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has announced cash rewards to individuals who provide information about three suspects linked to the murder of Praveen Nettaru, a leader of the BJP Yuva Morcha in Bellare, Dakshina Kannad district. Praveen met a tragic end when he was brutally attacked and killed outside his poultry shop on the night of July 26, 2022.

According to the NIA, the three suspects are associated with the Popular Front of India. They are identified as Naushad (32) from Poyyagudde Padangadi in Belthangady taluk (accused number 23), Abdul Nasir (41) from Somwarpet taluk (accused number 22), and Abdul Rahaman (36) from Somwarpet taluk (accused number 24).

The NIA, currently overseeing the investigation, has announced a reward of Rs 2 lakh for anyone providing valuable information about these individuals. The NIA assures informants that their identities will be kept confidential.
