Political parties urged to join fight for Justice to Sowjanya

Mangalore, Oct 27, 2013: The Karnataka Komu Sauharda Vedike has demanded a  CBI probe into the Sowjanya rape and murder case and also all other cases of unnatural deaths reported from Dharmasthala and Belthangady during the past ten year period.

KL Ashok, General Secretary of the Vedike, who spoke to reporters here on October 26, Saturday, said the Vedike was not happy with the way in which the CID was investigating the case. While referring to the allegations of Nagarika Seva Trust on the land irregularities, he also stressed the need for a CBI probe into the same.

PB D’Sa, PUCL leader who also spoke on the occasion urged all political parties to raise voice for justice to Sowjanya.
