Plastic Park at Ganjimutt to be ready by January 2024: Union Minister Khuba

Mangaluru, Aug 26, 2023: Union Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Bhagawanth Khuba on August 25, Friday visited the site of the plastic park at Ganjimutt.

Reviewing the ongoing works, the Minister said the Plastic Park that is coming up on a 104 acre land would be ready for inauguration in January 2024.

The Minister while noting that only 15% of the works are complete as yet, though 70% of the works ought to have been completed, directed officials to expedite the works.

Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Mangaluru North MLA Bharath Shetty, Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan, ZP CEO Dr Anand and others were present.
