Patient ends life at Udupi Govt Hospital

Udupi, Oct 30, 2021: A man who was undergoing treatment at the Udupi District Hospital has  committed suicide at  the Udupi District Hospital on October 28.

 

The deceased is Yogish Kotian (55), a resident of Maindaguri in Jokatte. It is learnt, he was suffering from tuberculosis and was also an alcoholic.  It is said he had hanged himself to the door of the TB ward of the hospital.

A case has been registered in Udupi town police station.
