Mangalore, Sep 26: District-in-charge Minister Krishna J. Palemar released “Heart Beats,” a book on cardiac ailments written and coordinated by Yogish Holla at the office of Vijaya Karnataka on September 25, Saturday. Palemar said that the book ought to be in every house because it provides topnotch information on cardiac ailments and eradicates certain superstitions regarding the same.

Mr. Holla, the author of the book, said that the 28-page volume will be distributed free with copies of Vijaya Karnataka on September 26, Sunday in northern and southern Karnataka. The book also has information on prescribed lifestyle and diet for people suffering from cardiac disorders.
