Padubidri man dies after undergoing cosmetic surgery for obesity

Udupi, Jan 29, 2015: A 45 year old man from Padubidri who had undergone a cosmetic surgery for weight and fat reduction passed away at a hospital here on January 28.

The deceased is  Kanjarakatte Udayashankara Kamath (45). A construction contractor, Kamath’s health condition is learnt to have suddenly deteriorated following a surgery.

He has left behind his wife and a son. A noted social worker in Kanjarakatte area he was also a member of a local temple committee.
