No liquor : 7 end lives in Udupi district due to depression

Udupi, March 31, 2020:  In past five days seven people have ended lives in the district reportedly after being mentally stressed due to non-availability of liquor to which they were addicted to.

 

Pandu Poojary (68) of Kapu, Nagesh Acharya (37) of Karkala, Shashidhar Suvarna (46) of Kaup,  Walter D’Souza (57) of Bellampalli,  Raghavendra (37) of Hemmady in Kundapur, Ganesh (42) of Udyavar Bolargudde  and Aravind (37) of Muniyalu are the ones who ended their lives owing to  depression.
