Mortal remains of Oscar Fernandes taken to Udupi

Mangaluru, Sep 14, 2021: The mortal remains of senior Congress leader and  Rajya Sabha Member Oscar Fernandes, who passed away on Monday, is being taken from Mangaluru to Udupi.

 

After a prayer service at Udupi church, the mortal remains will be kept at the Udupi Congress Office for the public to pay their last respects frm 10.30 am to 2.30 am. Later  at 3.30 pm, the mortal remains will be kept at the Congress Office in Mangaluru.

The mortal remains will be taken to Bengaluru on September 15 where arrangements have been made to  place it at the KPCC office for the  leaders to pay their last respects. The funeral will be held at St Patrick’s Church in Bengaluru.
