Moodbidri cops raid house ; seize 80 kg beef

Moodbidri, July 14, 2014:  Acting on a tip off, Moodbidri police raided a house at Neeralke in Govugudde in Kallabettu village  on July 13, Sunday and seized 80 kg of beef which was   unauthorisedly stocked in the house after butchering cattle. Two cows found outside the house were also seized by the police.

 

It is learnt, the house belonged to one Mansoor, who however managed to escape during the raid.

Moodbidri police are conducting investigations.
