Moodbidri: Private Bus Overturns Near Bannadka; Several Injured

Moodbidri, May 10, 2026: Several passengers were injured after a private bus travelling from Karkala to Mangaluru overturned near Bannadka on Saturday evening.

According to reports, the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle, causing the bus to topple by the roadside.

The injured passengers were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment and are said to be out of danger.

Police from the Moodbidri Police Station visited the accident spot and carried out an inspection. Further investigation is under way.
