
Mangaluru May 26, 2016: All India Mahila Congress President Shobha Oza has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of making fake promises which have turned out to be pathetic in the last two years.

Addressing press persons at Congress office on Thursday May 26, Shobha Oza criticized Modi for disillusioning people with his “Acche din” promise though it was far from reality." When the prices of Pulses were hiked up to Rs 55 per kilo Modi supporters had kept chanting “Bahut huyi Mehangayi ke din ab ki baar Modi sarkar”, when Nirbhaya was raped in Delhi they chanted “Bahut Huyi Mahila pe Atyachaar ab ki baar Modi sarkar,” she recalled and said nothing helped in reality.
"Modi promised youths with 2 crore job opportunity every year. Modi promised to credit Rs 15 lakh to each account by bringing back the black money and also zero tolerance on atrocities on women.None of these promises became a reality in the past two years," alleged Shobha. Modi has failed to raise voice against one of his own ministers from Rajasthan who is charged with rape, she pointed out.
She further said that the government has shown lack of commitment whenever farmers suicide cases were reported. The country has witnessed atrocities on farmers, youth, women and deprived sections under the Modi rule, she added.
The Pathankot air base attack was a shameful incident, she said and alleged that " today Pakistan flag is freely hoisted in the streets of Jammu and Kashmir."
BJP and RSS are executing their hidden agenda to saffronise education campuses such as JNU, FTTI, Hyderabad University to spread RSS ideologies, she alleged.
