
Mangalore,Dec 18, 2013 : Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is instrumental in registering a high growth of over 10 per cent in Gujarat and he can replicate this in the whole nation in five years if he becomes the prime minister, said Dr Subrahmanian Swamy, MP and senior BJP leader.



Speaking on ‘The Present political situation and relevance of Modi’s leadership’ under the aegis of Namo Brigade at the AB Shetty Memorial Hall on December 17, Tuesday, he said there is no challenge to Gujarat Chief Minister and rebuked the Congress saying it does not know who to field. He was also critical of Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi and preferred to term him a ‘Budhu.’
Continuing, he said the BJP if it comes to power will ensure that the black money stashed in Swiss bank will be brought bank to India and claimed that Indians need not pay income tax then.
Subrahmanian Swamy also promised that the difference between the rupee value and dollar would not be more than Rs 10 if the BJP came to power.
On the victory of the AAP in Delhi, he said people are so confused that they are now regretting for choosing AAP.
