Speaking to the media at the Congress Office here on May 26, Saturday, he also referred to a Head Hunters India survey which predicted a   six lakh job cuts in IT sector in the next three years. Rai claimed that the UPA government of the past had created 9.30 lakh jobs while the Modi government could create only 1.35 lakh jobs in its first year.

The three years of NDA government was filled with false promises and zero achievements and  mere speeches, he alleged.

Referring to the PM claim that  demonetization would curb terrorism and Naxalism, Rai questioned  whether it has  been successful in solving the Kashmir problem or the terror problem.

About the much hype over the Skill India programme, Rai said it was nothing but the National Skill Development Corporation  which the erstwhile UPA government had started.
