Missing man from Beltangady found dead on river bank in Ullal

Manaluru, August 13, 2023: A lifeless body has been found on the shores of the Netravati river at Uliya in Ullal, belonging to a young man from Neralapalke in the Macchina village of Beltangady taluk. This somber revelation follows the disappearance of the youth by two days.

The deceased has been identified as Rajesh (38). The body emerged on the riverbank in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Initial evaluations indicate the possibility that Rajesh might have ended his own life by leaping into the Netravati river close to Ullal. It’s worth noting that a missing person’s case had been registered for Rajesh at the Beltangady police station a couple of days prior to the detection of his lifeless body.
