Missing boy found dead in Netravathi river

Mangaluru, Mar 01, 2022: A 16 year old boy has been found dead in the Netravathi river at Hoigebazar on February 28, Monday evening. He was missing since Sunday evening.

 

The deceased is Drishyanth, a ninth standard student of Rosario High School. Drishyanth was at Mahakalipadpu ground  on Sunday till 3.30 pm and was busy as a commentator for a cricket match. However he was not seen after that even though all his  friends had reached home. His mother Asha had later lodged a missing complaint at Mangaluru South Police Station.
