Miscreants pelt stones at Padua High School Chapel too

Mangalore, Oct 24, 2011 : Some unknown people pelted stones at the chapel near Padua High School in Mangalore and damaged its window panes on Oct 23 Sunday. The damages were noticed on Sunday morning.

 

It is suspected that the same group of people, who pelted stones at the statue of St. Theresa in the premises of St. Theresa School early in the morning of Sunday, were involved in pelting stones at Padua High School chapel too.

The statue at St. Theresa’s School and the chapel near Padua School are believed to have been attacked at the same time, but no official complaint was lodged till the evening of Sunday.

St. Theresa’s School was attacked by 3 miscreants who arrived on motorbike. That evening, the school arranged a press conference, in which it stated that this might have been a planned attack because the motorbike had no number plates.
