Mentally challenged toddler abandoned at Kudroli

Mangalore, Sep 17, 2011: A mentally challenged one-and-a-half year old female child was abandoned by her parents at Glass House in Kudroli Shri Gokarnatheshwara Temple on September 17 Saturday.

The local people feel that a family from some other part of Karnataka must have abandoned the child because it is mentally challenged.

 

The child is now getting a medical check up at Wenlock Hospital and the Bunder police are investigating the case.

The police are quite confident that the child’s parents can easily be located because the area was under CCTV surveillance.
