Mason dies after falling from terrace in Beltangady

Beltangady, April 30, 2023: A 30-year-old mason died on Friday while receiving treatment for injuries he suffered when he fell from an under-construction building at Kukkavu in Mittabagilu village on April 21.

The deceased identified as Harish, a resident of Kukkavu, was working on the terrace of under-construction house when he slipped and fell on the ground.

The victim sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to a private hospital and later transferred to Mangaluru Hospital for further treatment. Unfortunately, he passed away on April 28. He is survived by parents, wife and one-and-a-half-year-old child.
