Manipal: Play ‘Ulida Putagalu’ staged in MAHE

Manipal , December 06, 2024: The play ‘Ulida Putagalu’ was staged recently to mark the Modern Kannada Theatre Day celebration in Manipal. The programme was held jointly by Sakkari Balacharya Shantakavi Trust, Dharwad, Gandhian Centre for Philosophical Arts and Science (GCPAS) MAHE and Kirdar Theatre .

In a press release, GCPAS said the play directed by Revati Nadgir brought to life compelling social narratives through theatre. The play was staged at the Sarvodaya Hall of GCPAS

The cast of the play included Raksha Pai, Kavya Prabhu, Kling Johnson, Shashikala Rajvarma, Dr. Ram Kumar and Dr. Vani
