Manipal: 5 students arrested for ganja consumption

Udupi, Mar 23, 2023: Manipal Police have arrested five students on the charges of consuming ganja at a public  place close by an apartment in Manipal.

 

Those arrested are Nikhil M (22), Tanveer Reddy (25), Sharan Shetty (22), Rahul Seema (21 and Tushar G (21).

The students were apprehended on suspicion during the  usual rounds of the Manipal Police. Later medical tests confirmed that they had consumed ganja.

A case has been registered under NDPS Act.
