
Mangaluru, Nov 19, 2025: Tech leader Jayshree Ullal has been ranked the richest woman entrepreneur in India with a wealth of Rs 50,170 crore, as per the Hurun Research India Rich List 2025.
Ullal, president and CEO of US-based Arista Networks since 2008, leads the country’s top 10 self-made women. Under her leadership, Arista posted USD 7 billion in revenue last year, a 20% growth. She also serves on the board of Snowflake and owns nearly 3% of Arista’s shares, part of which are held in the names of her family members. Earlier in her career, she worked with Cisco, AMD and Fairchild Semiconductor. A member of the GSB Smartha Chitrapur Saraswat Brahmin community, Ullal remains a globally respected Indian-origin business leader.
Radha Vembu ranks second
Radha Vembu, majority stakeholder in Zoho Corp, stands second with Rs 46,580 crore. A graduate of IIT Madras, she oversees key operations of the global SaaS company co-founded by her brother Sridhar Vembu.
Falguni Nayar takes third place
Nykaa founder Falguni Nayar ranks third with Rs 39,810 crore. The former investment banker launched Nykaa in 2012, which now runs nearly 200 stores nationwide.
Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw at fourth
Biocon founder Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is fourth with Rs 29,330 crore. A biotech pioneer, she began her journey in 1978 and now heads Biocon Ltd and Biocon Biologics.

* Ruchi Kalra – Rs 9,130 crore
Co-founder and CEO of OfBusiness, a major B2B commerce and financing platform.
* Juhi Chawla (and family) – Rs 7,790 crore
The former Bollywood actor has built strong interests in real estate, business and sports investments, recording a 69% rise in net worth this year.
* Neha Bansal – Rs 5,640 crore
Lenskart co-founder overseeing business and legal functions; previously founded DNS Advisors.
* Indra Nooyi – Rs 5,130 crore
Former PepsiCo chairperson and CEO who doubled the company’s revenue; currently serves on boards including Amazon and Deutsche Bank.
* Neha Narkhede (and family) – Rs 4,160 crore
Co-founder of Confluent and co-creator of Apache Kafka; founder of cybersecurity platform Oscilar.
* Kavita Subramanian – Rs 3,840 crore
Co-founder of Upstox, previously associated with LeapFrog Investments, Actis and SKS Microfinance.
