Mangaluru, July 6, 2025: The Mangaluru City Crime Branch (CCB) has arrested two key accused from Mumbai in a major visa fraud case that duped nearly 289 job aspirants of around ₹4.5 crore.
The accused — Dilshad Abdul Sattar Khan (45) and Sahukari Kishore Kumar alias Anil Patil (34) — had operated under the banner of Hireglow Elegant Overseas International (Opc) Pvt Ltd, based in Bendorewell, Mangaluru. They allegedly lured victims with newspaper ads promising overseas job visas, which were never delivered.
A case had been registered at Mangaluru East Police Station (Crime No. 75/2025) under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. One accused, Masihulla Khan from Mumbai, was previously arrested and is in judicial custody.
The arrested duo was produced in court and remanded to police custody. CCB continues its investigation.
