Mangaluru: Truck overturns on NH-66, driver escapes unharmed

Mangaluru, Sep 13, 2025: A truck carrying tree trunks lost control and overturned on National Highway 66 near Yekkur on Saturday afternoon while heading towards Talapady.

Preliminary reports suggest that the incident occurred due to overspeeding and reckless driving. The driver narrowly escaped without injury.

The accident caused traffic congestion on the highway, disrupting the movement of other vehicles.
