Mangaluru: Scooter rider killed after car collision at Valachil

Mangaluru, Aug. 13, 2026: A scooter rider was killed after a car allegedly collided with his two-wheeler at Valachil on the outskirts of Mangaluru on Wednesday night.

The car was reportedly travelling at high speed when it hit the scooter. The rider, identified as Haris, is said to have died on the spot.

The Mangaluru South Traffic Police have registered an investigation into the incident.
