Mangaluru: Nursing student killed after two-wheeler collides with parked container

Mangaluru, Aug 8, 2025: A 24-year-old nursing student died after his two-wheeler crashed into a parked container at Balmatta on the morning of Thursday, August 7.

The victim, identified as Melroy Shawn D’Souza of Modankapu, was in his third year of GNM at a private nursing college in the city and was interning at a government hospital.

Kadri traffic police have registered a case.
