Mangaluru: NSUI leader among 2 killed in horrific car crash

Mangaluru, June 18, 2025: Two persons including an NSUI leader lost their lives after the car in which they were travelling crashed into the divider near Jeppinamogaru on the NH 66 on Tuesday night.

The deceased are Aman Rao (23) of Mallikatte and Om Shree Poojari (24) of Konchady. Om Shree was the District NSUI Vice President.

There were around five persons in the car which was driven by Aman Rao. Three persons including an Italian citizen were injured in the mishap.

The car was heading towards Pumpwell from Talapady when tragedy struck.

Mangaluru South Traffic Police have registered a case.
