Mangaluru: Mega vaccination drive today, tomorrow

Mangaluru, Nov 26, 2021: A mega vaccination drive will be held in the Mangaluru City Corporation limits on November 26 and 27 with the co-operation of the Health Department in order to increase the pace of vaccination drive and ensure all those unvaccinated  are administered Covid jabs.

 

On both the days vaccine drives will be held at all health centres, taluk hospitals and Community Health Centres.

The Health Department has already roped in NSS students and NSS officers to create awareness among the people. Lasika Mitras will be making a door-to-door visit.

There will also be a mobile vaccine unit which will camp in  public places  wherein vaccination will be administered on the spot by  Lasika Mitras.

Vaccination will be done at all urban health centres from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm for the convenience of the public.
