Mangaluru: Madikeri man arrested for videographing women in city bus

Mangaluru, Nov 04, 2021: Kankanady Police have arrested a man on the charges of capturing videos of women in city buses.

 

The accused has been identified as Yusuf (40) of Madikeri. It has been alleged that Yusuf who had boarded a Talapady-Mangaluru bus at Thokkottu on November 3, Wednesday evening, was videographing women in his mobile phone. After a passenger noticed this, passengers of the bus had reportedly assaulted Yusuf. The bus crew had later informed the police who took the accused to custody.
