Mangaluru: Land Trades ‘Adira’ apartment complex inaugurated

Mangaluru, Nov 20, 2023: A new era in luxurious living unfolded on Sunday, November 19, as MLA Vedavyas Kamath inaugurated ‘Adira’, its latest residential apartment complex situated on Urva Shree Mariyamma Temple Road. This development marks the 42nd project by Land Trades Builders and Developers Pvt Ltd, a pioneering force in the real estate in Mangaluru for the past three decades.








MLA Vedavyas Kamath, after unveiling the commemorative plaque and officially inaugurating the architectural marvel, lauded Land Trades Builders and Developers for their consistent contribution to the city’s development through the creation of high-quality apartments. He emphasized how the strategically chosen locations of their projects ensure residents access all essential facilities seamlessly.

Expressing admiration for the city’s progress, MLC Harish Kumar highlighted Mangaluru’s status as a dynamic and beautiful city.
