According to reports, Roshan allegedly attempted suicide on Tuesday night by cutting his hand, leaving blood stains in the room. It is suspected that he later hanged himself from the fan. A liquor bottle was also found in the room. When he did not come out of his room until around 10 am on Wednesday, his roommates opened the door and found him dead.

Police found that he had written a girl’s name on the wall in blood. He had also posted a WhatsApp status stating that it was his “last status.” It is suspected that he may have taken the extreme step due to a failed love affair.

Family members informed the police that Roshan had earlier attempted suicide in his hometown about seven months ago. The Kadri police have registered a case and are investigating.
