
Mangaluru, May 21, 2026: Former minister and president of Vikas Education Trust, Krishna J. Palemar, said that for the first time in the history of the coastal region, four ultra-modern and luxurious convention halls will be inaugurated simultaneously at four prominent locations in Mangaluru on May 23.
Addressing a press conference, Palemar said the project is a special contribution to the people of the coast to commemorate the successful 45-year journey of Land Links Group.
He said the prestigious real estate company, Land Links, has earned the trust of lakhs of people over the past 45 years through its honest and successful business ventures across the coastal belt. To mark this milestone, the company is dedicating four state-of-the-art convention halls equipped with modern amenities to the people of the region.
The grand inauguration ceremony, which holds historical and cultural significance, will be officially inaugurated by S. Abdul Nazeer, Governor of Andhra Pradesh, as the chief guest.
Palemar said the mega inauguration of the four Palemar convention halls will be held in a grand manner on May 23. The inaugural programme will begin at 10 am at the Palemar Convention Centre located at Maryhill in Mangaluru.
Union Minister of State for Railways and Jal Shakti V. Somanna, Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker U. T. Khader, Dakshina Kannada MP Brijesh Chowta, MLAs Y. Bharat Shetty, Vedavyas Kamath, Umanath Kotian, MLC Ivan D’Souza and several political, social and religious leaders from the coastal region and across the state are expected to participate in the event, he added.
